If you have never tried Pilates before and are hesitant to sign up for a course, are coming back from an injury, or maybe you travel a lot and have other commitments that would prevent you from regularly attending classes, then Sarah can help.
With the assistance of Sam the
PACE Physio (if required), you can have a full assessment to make sure you are injury-free and comfortable to start Pilates sessions.
Sarah will then get you used to the basics of
mat Pilates and help build your core strength to get you ready to start a series of classes or to practise your Pilates exercises comfortably at home.
