Sarah is fortunate to be part of the superb team of instructors at the Ride! Indoor Cycling Studio, where the PACE clinic is based. Every instructor adds their own personal touch to the class. Whether it’s a funky full-body workout with Lisa or a hardcore intervals session with Omar, you are guaranteed to improve your fitness without impact to your joints – anyone can do it! No special kit is needed, just enthusiasm and a water bottle! Sarah teaches a Road Ride class at 6 am on a Wednesday morning, perfect for getting your training in before your busy day starts – it’s 45 minutes of hill climbs, speed work and endurance riding to strengthen your legs and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Depending on the weather, we then take the class outside for some running drills (perfect for triathletes in training!) or to the mats of the TRX room for a 15-minute stretch! If you have to dash off to catch a train, that’s no problem, and we make sure you’re stretched post-class anyway.
Sarah also teaches a BRAND NEW class at Ride if you need a more intensive stretch session to iron out the training knots or from being stuck at a desk/in a train/plane etc. Sarah also teaches a BRAND NEW class at Ride! Every Friday at 10.30 am, 45 minutes of pure stretching. Drawing on the foundations of Pilates and yoga, every part of your body is warmed up and stretched out, preparing you for a great weekend!
