As an experienced Decathlete, Sam Bishop has 20 years of running knowledge behind him. Through either one-to-one or group coaching sessions he helps you to achieve and maintain your optimum running style through strength and conditioning drills and technique work, either on the track, road or trail. The drills are those used by Olympic athletes to maintain form through sprints to long distance running.
Sam also specialises in respiratory strategies for runners, advising on posture and techniques to breathe efficiently.
