For many, the races for 2014 have already been planned, booked and paid for! Popular races sell out almost a year in advance, so planning ahead is key. This includes organising training! Sam and Sarah will be away from 17th – 27th December but the lovely Louise Simpson is on hand for Sports Massage appointments and Andrew Jenner will still be carrying out Osteopathy treatments. The clinic is open again 28th – 30th December, closed for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, then open again
